Roach Rider was inspired by observing the size of metro cockroaches while visiting Barcelona, Spain in 2024. Seeing how large the roaches were in the street had me imagining that they were large enough for a mouse to mount. I couldn't wait to get home and illustrate the narrative! This is the first of my Roach Rider series.
